Precentage Muscle In The Body I Did An Online Body Fat Percentage Test...help?

I did an online body fat percentage test...help? - precentage muscle in the body

She says that my body fat percentage of 31%, but I'm tiny! People tell me I'm thin all the time. I weigh over 118 pounds, and I'm 5'6''. They told me that my waist measurement of weight, waist, hips-24-35-6 wrists, thighs make (which is great) - 24 and Calf-12. I suspect that because my legs are very muscular. I walk or bike for an hour or more per day, as I prepare for cross-country trail this fall. Too many skis in the winter, and have a lot of leg exercises such as squats, lunges, leg lifts, so that all summer, done. Is it possible that the page does not take into account properly and that could have more muscles? My legs looked really not big at all ithere. Not like a madman, raw and muscular, but you can tell when flex I think the reason my legs do not look fat, because they are very long (like 34''inseem). There are basically no fat or wrist, and my hips and waist are so great, because (in my ribs and pelvic bones and I can not help me!) On Denil, I am large, or was in the wrong place? In addition, my BMI is only 19 I am not looking for compliments and really do not want to answer, please! Tell me if there is another way to explore my body fat at or if I'm fat. Thank you!

It is entirely possible to have that body fat 118 pounds, 5'6 "and a rate of 31%. Since fat weighs less than muscle, may be very thin and have a high% of the body. The calculation online May, his slightly higher than the actual Body Fat%, the best test is waterproof (I'm not sure how they could call it, but you are immersed in water and is based on the calculated difference or something). Since it has a size of small and big thighs, so be a reason that is recognized by 31%. While you are active and eating healthy, you have nothing to fear.

Your BMI is relatively low, but still at healthy levels. I especially like the BMI as an indicator of health because it takes into account the composition of the body, as do the weight of the muscle in the weight of fat as body fat% too.

In short, you're not fat. If you are super stressed this point, go to a health club and get your body fat measured by a professional it with tweezers or the water method.

All statistical generalization, as the site that are not necessarily well used. Probably you are right here on his muscular legs start the calculation, as a body fat percentage of 30%, that morbid obesity.

It's like an athlete or very muscular as bodybuilders are considered overweight or obese to be calculated, it is possible that the page can not be said when the weight is muscle or fat.

Places like these are to be used as guidelines, in calculating the average values of many people. So many people like you, with great legs and very muscular people or anyone who is a half-measure is not a place can not be based on calculations of the average.

I would not worry, because your body fat online tests are notoriously inaccurate. You only go by measurements, I do not see how you can determine the fat and what muscles or bones. The only true way to find your body fat percentage, which is a criterion of size, weight or hydrostatic DXEA.

If you are muscular, and only 118 pounds, so I expect his body fat percentage is in the high teens or low 20's.

This test can not tell you, the statistics of body fat that I can name my future wife. To the extent that boyfat must be set in a pool in order to pass an exam, or at least their folds of fat measured with calipers.
